Trust ClearPlus Wiper Blades for Unmatched Safety and Quality

ClearPlus ensures the highest levels of safety and quality in our wiper blade products. Our focus on safety and quality ensures that drivers can confidently navigate the road, even in challenging weather conditions, while extending the life of their wiper blades.

Design and Tool Room

Surface grinding, lathe, drilling, EDM and wire cut operations are available in house to develop and maintain production tools on Auto-Cad and Pro-E design platforms.

Metal - Stamping, Pre-Treatment and Coating

Our metal components are made using progressive stamping tools on pneumatic presses with controls for dimensional accuracy. Post stamping, a nine step process is followed for surface pre-treatment, de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, phosphating and powder coating. This ensures adequate salt spray (anti-corrosion) life for metal frame structure.

Rubber Mixing, Molding, Chlorination and Slitting; Plastic Molding

Our basic rubber compound formulation uses 100% natural rubber in highest grade and is optimized for tear resistance, low temperature flexibility and noise reduction. To give our
customers a durable, consistent, smooth, streak, and chatter free wipe, we check physical properties in all our rubber batches to ensure controlled mixing and pre-forming. Temperature, curing time and de-flashing controls are integrated into molding and surface coating processes. Chlorination and Slitting, the two most critical operations post molding, are done with programmed logic for consistency and precision.

Test Lab

We test for quality and properties of the basic raw materials and chemicals used, as well as for abnormalities in rubber curing and profile. We perform tensile, abrasion, heat aging and chemical tests of rubber compound and an initial wipe quality test of finished product as a part of our routine quality assurance protocol.

Assembly and Inspection

Frame assembly uses embedded brass rivets and plastic springs to avoid direct metal-to-metal contact in the structure and ensures corrosion resistance and noise reduction. Stainless steel flexor wire straightening, rubber assembly and pressure distribution checks are performed as a part of the process.
